I am surprised that W11 did not install the drivers for you automatically. Unfortunately, I cannot find a driver that has support for the PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D2A device and if the fingerprint reader isn't showing up as a device needing a driver, I have no idea how you can install a driver for it. Then do the same thing for the Unknown device but browse to C:\SWSetup\sp100943. Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
